What is Weavelist?
The WeaveList is our made-to-order system for sold-out pieces.
When a bag you love is out of stock, you can secure your spot by paying 50% upfront — and as a thank-you, you’ll become a WeaveList member with an exclusive 10% discount on every future bag.
It’s our way of weaving patience, craftsmanship, and community together.
How it works?
1. Click “Join WeaveList”
On the product page of any out-of-stock bag, tap the JOIN WEAVELIST and fill up necessary information.
2. We’ll Contact You
You’ll receive an email from our team with details and instructions for your order.
4. Pay the 50% Deposit
Once confirmed, you’ll receive a secure payment link to reserve your spot in the next batch.
4. We Start Weaving
We will begin crafting your bag. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
5. Complete Payment & Shipping
When your bag is ready, we’ll notify you to complete the remaining 50%. After that, your handcrafted piece will be shipped right to your doorstep.

Note:
You can purchase items that are currently in stock, or choose to join the Weavelistst if the product is sold out or just want to have it made for you.
Frequently asked questions
Do I lose my reservation if I don’t pay the balance?
We will notify you first. If unpaid after 72 hours, your slot may be offered to the next customer — but your reservation can be refunded or turned into store credit per policy.
Can I change my color or style after reserving?
Yes — as long as production hasn’t started yet.
How do I know my place in line?
We send confirmation + queue number right after you reserve.
Will I get updates?
Yes. You’ll be notified at:
• Reservation confirmed → Queue number
• Production started
• Item ready → Balance payment link
• Shipped → Tracking number
Why I need to pay 50%
Because every piece is made by hand, the 50% deposit helps us secure materials and schedule our artisans for your exact order. It confirms that a spot is truly reserved for you — no over-ordering, no waste, no guessing.
Will I automatically get discounts?
Yes — once you’ve joined the WeaveList, your 10% discount automatically applies to your next orders when logged into your account.
