Returns and Exchange Policy
Returns for Online Purchases
At Sucousu, every piece is handmade with care. We understand that sometimes things may not go as expected, and we’re here to help.
Items purchased from our online store may be returned within 7 days from the date you receive your order, provided they meet our return criteria.
Returns will be issued as store credits in the form of a Sucousu Gift Code, which can be used toward your next purchase.
To start a return, please email us at hello@sucousu.com with your order number or proof of purchase.
Our team will get back to you within 5 business days with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that:
- Any item sent back without an approved request may not be accepted.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item.
- We recommend using a trackable courier, as Sucousu is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive and verify your return, and the item meets our return conditions, we’ll issue store credits equivalent to the purchase price (excluding shipping fees).
Store credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Exchanges for Online Purchases
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like to exchange an item, please process it as a return first — once approved, you’ll receive store credits which you can use to purchase your preferred style or color in a separate order.
To begin, contact us at hello@sucousu.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
The same return instructions apply — including sending items via trackable courier and ensuring all items meet our condition requirements.
Please note that all exchanges are final, and any purchase made using store credits cannot be returned or exchanged again.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition —
- unworn, unwashed, and unused
- with all tags attached
- in the original packaging
Items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a complete set.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Because each Sucousu piece is handcrafted and made in small batches, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items bought during sales or promotions
- Pre-ordered or made-to-order pieces
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
We can only accept returns for items purchased directly from sucousu.com. For purchases made through partner retailers, please contact them directly.
Orders with a free gift (Gift With Purchase) are not eligible for returns or refunds. If you wish to exchange, you may select another item of equal or higher value from the same collection.
Damages & Issues
We carefully check every piece before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at hello@sucousu.com.
Include photos of the issue and your order number so our team can assist you promptly.
If a return is needed, we’ll arrange the return shipping at no cost to you.
Items approved for return due to damage or error must be in their original purchase condition (unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact).
Refunds
Sucousu does not provide cash refunds or refunds to your original payment method.
All approved returns will be refunded as store credits (Sucousu Gift Code) valid for 3 months from issuance.
